Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and to a high degree of satisfaction across channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Provide information and suggestions to customers regarding sizing, products, and care
  • Collect and share feedback on the product and customer experience

Requirements

  • Talented, organized, and empathetic in pursuit of customer needs
  • Desire to investigate and solve complex problems
  • Customer service experience preferred (1+ years)
  • Proactive and desire to work in a startup-like environment
  • Excellent communication skills and superior resolution and decision-making skills
