    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Klarna flexible payments.

    UNTUCKit sizing is very consistent. Once you find your perfect UNTUCKit Fit, you'll never need to try on again! You'll be able to shop our stores and with ease. 

    Where can I apply my discount code or redeem my gift card?

    You will have an opportunity to add any gift card code or discount code during checkout in the designated areas titled “Gift card” or “Discount code”. Simply enter your code into the box and click “Apply.” Your code will be automatically applied to your total. 

    Can I apply multiple discount codes?

    No, at this time we cannot apply two discount codes to a single order. You have the ability to apply one discount code at checkout. 

    How many gift cards can I use per order?

    Customers can apply a maximum of 2 gift cards per order. If you need further assistance with applying multiple gift cards to a single order, please contact

    Can I change my existing order?

    There is a 30 minute window after placing your order to modify the shipping address or update the shipping method.  Please email us at or give us a call at (888) 992-3102 and we will do our best to accommodate you. After 31 minutes an order can no longer be modified.

    Can you change my shipping address once my order has shipped?

    We are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped. Often times, carriers can hold packages at the local post office so we would recommend contacting them.

    Can I change the size(s) or product(s) in my existing order?

    Once an order has been placed we are unable to modify the products in that order.  Email or call (888) 992-3102 to cancel the order within 30 minutes and then you can place a new order.



    How much is shipping?

    Ground shipping is free for orders over $100. We also offer additional shipping options at checkout for a fee. Click here for more information.

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    Yes! We do ship to P.O. boxes, however, please make sure to choose a USPS shipping method to ensure that your package is delivered to you in a timely manner. UPS and Fedex do NOT ship to P.O. boxes per their shipping policy. If you have any questions, please email us 

    What shipping carrier(s) do you use?

    All online orders will be shipped via UPS. UPS Surepost delivers via USPS. Store orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. 

    What shipping carrier do you use for expedited overnight shipping?

    For online expedited overnight shipping orders we use UPS. For store expedited overnight shipping orders we use UPS or Fedex. Note: UPS packages cannot be shipped overnight to PO Boxes.

    What time do overnight or 2-day shipments need to be ordered?

    All orders must be placed before 2pm ET to be processed the same day. All orders placed after 1:30pm ET will ship the next business day. Please note all orders after 1:30pm ET on Friday will ship on the following Monday, with the exception of holidays, which will ship Tuesday.

    How do I know if my order was shipped?

    You will receive an email once your order ships. This email will include a link to view your tracking information. If you do not receive your order within the scheduled delivery window, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue.


    THE APP:

    Why can't I see my wishlist styles from the website on the app?

    We're currently in the process of syncing wishlists between the website and the app. But for now, you'll only able to access saved styles in the same spot where you saved them. (i.e., Styles saved on the app are only available on the app. Styles saved on the website are only available on the site.)
    I have an account and am logged in on the app. Where are all my past orders?

    Unfortunately at this time the app will only display online orders. To view all your orders, please open in a browser window and login to your myUNTUCKit account.


    What kinds of fabrics do you use?

    We use high-quality, responsibly sourced fabrics in all of our shirts, most of which are 120's 2 ply and offer many varieties. Click here to read more.

    How should I care for my products?

    For most of our shirts, we recommend that you machine wash cold and tumble dry on low to medium heat. Remove promptly from dryer and hang. Do not iron, and do not dry clean. Please refer to the garment's care label, which are sewn on the inside of each of our products.
