Returns + Exchanges

ORDERS WITHIN THE US:

Returns:

We are only able to accept returns and exchanges for in-store purchases at the location in which the items were originally purchased. Please reference our store contact list here to find the address, phone number, and hours for all of our store locations.

If you would like to return your purchase online, please CLICK HERE to begin the process. Enter the same email that you used when you placed the order, and click "start a return".

Once completed, you have three options to send back your return.

1. Return by mail 

Print the UPS label and affix to package. Include return slip in box.

All returns must be post-marked within 30 days from the original order was received -- any returns outside of this window will be given store credit. 

2. Return in-person and receive your refund quicker

We've Partnered with Happy Returns!

  • Bring the item(s) you wish to return along with your return slip to a Happy Returns location near you
  • A Happy Returns representative will take care of everything from there
  • Your return will begin to process immediately and you should see you refund within 3-5 business days

3. Return to store

    Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

    Exchanges:

    If you would like to exchange your purchase online, please CLICK HERE to begin the process. Enter the same email that you used when you placed the original order, and click "start a return".

    You may easily exchange for a same style, different size or use an UNTUCKit E-CREDit to exchange for something completely different.

    The item being exchanged may be sent back using the UPS label provided or dropped off at a Happy Returns location near you.

    *All exchanges are shipped via UPS Ground from Kentucky.

    For exchange orders that need to be received by a faster, expedited option, please process your return as a return for refund, and place the exchange order via a credit card purchase on our website including an expedited shipping option. This order will be considered a new order. $25 for overnight shipping & 2-day shipping for $20.

    Gift Cards:

    Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

    To return your international order, please follow the instructions below:  

     

    1. Pack all your items along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you can’t find your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your UNTUCKit.com account. *For the package's value, use the price paid for the item(s) you're returning, as noted on the order invoice.    

      

    2. Ship to the below address using your carrier of choice:

    Once the order has shipped, please email questions@untuckit.com to provide the tracking information (carrier and tracking number) so that we can track your return. Alternatively, if you do not have a tracking number please provide a photo of the receipt to questions@untuckit.com.
