Returns + Exchanges

ORDERS WITHIN THE US:

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please CLICK HERE to print return label. Please enter your order number and email address. Your order number is the 6 digit order number on the invoice or the order confirmation email. Please enter the same email that you used when you placed the order.

Please follow instructions to select details of your return/exchange. Do not forget to include desired exchange item name, size and fit.

Please print USPS label and affix to package and include packing list invoice in box.


All returns must be post-marked within 30 days from the original order was received -- any returns outside of this window will be given store credit. There are no exceptions made with this policy!

 

Returns:

UNTUCKit accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned or returned in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the original shipping address. Refunds will be honored with original receipt and applied to original form of payment. *Items marked as FINAL SALE can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. No refunds will be issued on final sale items.

 

Holiday Return Period: Orders purchased after November 15 will be granted an extended holiday return, allowing until January 5th to generate a shipping label at the link above. All shipping labels must be post marked within 7 days of receiving to qualify for full refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please email questions@untuckit.com

 

Exchanges:

If you are returning an exchange, please contact customer service by emailing questions@untuckit.com or calling 888-992-3102.

You have 30 days from the date you received your shirt to request an exchange. All exchanges will be processed and reshipped within 14 days after we receive the returned item. If you need your exchange in a hurry (or want to avoid the risk of the item selling out), feel free to place a new order online or contact customer service to process it for you. You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you (shipping is on us, of course), and you’ll be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.

Note: Any out of stock exchanges will be given a store/account credit*

 

Store Credit: 

Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file and does not expire.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when the order is received. We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns, therefore international customers are responsible for return shipping.

1. Pack the items in a box, and be sure to include the packing slip that came with the order, or a note indicating the order number. For the package's value, use the price paid for the item(s) you're returning, as noted on the order invoice.

2. Using your carrier of choice, ship to below address. We will process the exchange or return within 14 business days of receipt.
