Follow the instructions here to process your return or exchange

For orders purchased online:
  1. Go to and start by entering your email address.
  2. Choose the item(s) you want to return and click "continue."
    1. Print out the return label, pack it up, and ship it.
    2. No printer? No problem. Present the provided QR code to your nearest USPS and they'll print it and ship it.
  3. Your refund will be issued once we've received the item(s).

For orders purchased in store (including orders starting with "UN"):

How long will it take to process my return?

Once you receive a confirmation email saying we’ve received your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process. You will then receive a confirmation email for your refund. It will then take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to generate your refund. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process returns from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO.)

Can I return Final Sale items?

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.” Our regular sale items are not Final Sale unless marked.

How do I return my store order?

If your order number starts with "UN," this means it was a store transaction. To return or exchange your store purchase, you can live chat with a store associate or call your closest store. Have your order number ready or simply provide the email address associated with the order. The store associate will provide a shipping label. Just print it, pack it, and hand it over to the shipping carrier. Your refund will happen once the item has been received at the store. You can also visit any store to assist with your return or exchange.

What if my web order exchange arrives at the warehouse before my return credit has been used?

The return credit will remain active until the warehouse receives your return, at which time the code will be deactivated and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.

What if my exchange order costs more than my return credit?

You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.

What if my exchange order costs more than my return credit?

You will be required to enter your credit card information for the remaining balance.

How will I receive my return credit?

During the return/exchange process, you'll have the option of receiving a return credit or a refund. If you choose to shop with the return credit, the code will display on your credit amount on a banner and apply automatically at checkout. Any unused credit will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Does my return credit ever expire?

Yes. Once the return is delivered to our distribution center, the return credit will be disabled, if left unused.

If I lose my return credit, how can I get it back?

Once the return credit has been disabled, the return will process. Once processed, the customer will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Why was I issued an return credit and not a refund?

A return credit is issued when a web order is returned through The return credit gives the customer a chance to place a new order right away, without having to wait for a refund.

How do I use my return credit on a future purchase?

Just copy the return code from the banner after processing your return/exchange and enter it in the discount code field at checkout. You can also use your return credit at our stores.

How do I know if it’s an online order or store order?

If your order starts with “UN”, this means it was a store transaction. If your order only contains numbers, this means it was a web online order. UK and CA web orders will start with those prefixes.

When should I start the return process?

There’s a 30-day window to request a return or exchange once you receive your order. Upon processing an online order return, an return credit will be generated, giving you the option to exchange for a new style or size. How do I exchange for different styles?

For online orders: If you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, you can use your return credit, which is a voucher equaling the total amount of the item(s) you’re exchanging, to purchase any new item(s). Once you complete the online form, you’ll receive your return credit. However, once your item reaches our warehouse, your return credit will be void and we’ll refund your original form of payment. Please note that due to current supply chain issues, refunds may be delayed. You should expect to see refunds within 10–12 business days of receipt. Can I return items from more than one order?

Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box. Please follow the instructions below: Put all items into one box, along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning.
